A Very Jacked-Up Christmas – Room Description Step into a haunted holiday at The Alley Hotel, where Jack’s past, present, and future twist Christmas into something unforgettable. What begins as a cozy holiday bedroom quickly unravels into eerie hallways, ghostly interruptions, and Jack’s spiraling mind as Christmas cheer curdles into something… beautifully wrong. The Donor Room becomes our own twisted North Pole — where guests take on “elf” duties, follow strange scents, and bake a cookie with very suspicious ingredients. It’s a holiday tale you won’t forget (even if you wish you could). Your escape portion lasts 1 hour and 10 minutes, this seasonal event includes extended gameplay before you ever reach the lobby, turning your experience into nearly 90 minutes of interactive holiday chaos. Expect mocktails, cookies, clues, and Christmas spirit… of multiple varieties. At check-in, we’ll tailor the intensity — from lightly haunted to delightfully twisted — so everyone can enjoy. If children are joining, an adult must be present unless you chat with us first. Live actor(s) may appear throughout to add to your holiday entertainment. A Christmas experience like no other — festive, frightening, and wonderfully Jacked-Up.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens. 🕐 Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your game time at no charge. Just contact us via email or phone to adjust your reservation. ❌ Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Our games are custom-prepared and time-blocked for your group. 👥 Group Size Changes: Minor changes to group size (adding or removing players) can be made, however,. If your group decreases, the original booking amount still applies. 🔒 Private Games Only: All bookings are private. Once reserved, your room is locked in for your group — meaning no strangers will be added.
