Where the past never checks out. Tour The Alley Hotel, now reopened after decades of silence. Once a glamorous 1920s landmark, the hotel’s elegance has been overshadowed by whispered tragedies, unexplained disappearances, and secrets the walls never stopped guarding. Your experience begins before you even reach the lobby — a series of unusual clues, eerie moments, and early puzzles that ease (or shove) you into the world of the hotel. Because of this added pre-lobby sequence, your full experience can last up to 90 minutes, though the official escape portion remains a tense, heart-pounding 60 minutes. Inside, relics remain exactly where their owners left them: old suitcases, forgotten toys, scattered belongings, torn notes — reminders of guests who never officially checked out. And be warned: You never know what ghosts you might run into. Some appear only for certain groups. Some only for certain players. Some might not show up at all. No two visits ever play out the same — every tour is different, shaped by whoever (or whatever) decides to make an appearance. Each room you enter reveals a different fragment of the hotel’s troubled history, drawing you deeper into the mysteries and spirits that still linger in its halls. The doors are open again. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens. 🕐 Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your game time at no charge. Just contact us via email or phone to adjust your reservation. ❌ Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Our games are custom-prepared and time-blocked for your group. 👥 Group Size Changes: Minor changes to group size (adding or removing players) can be made, however,. If your group decreases, the original booking amount still applies. 🔒 Private Games Only: All bookings are private. Once reserved, your room is locked in for your group — meaning no strangers will be added.
