Includes all 3 experiences: The Tour The Ringmaster — Heartless The Stairwell Total Experience: Up to 75–90 minutes per chapter Gameplay: ~60 minutes each Flexible Scheduling: Your stay begins with your first chapter (The Tour) when you book online. The rest of your stay is yours to choose—just text us when you’re ready to return, and we’ll prepare your next chapter. Private Booking: Your experience is always private—just your group The Alley Hotel was never just one story… and the truth was never meant to be found all at once. The Full Stay Experience gives you access to all three chapters— from your first steps inside the hotel… to the games that follow… to what waits beyond the stairwell. Each experience reveals something different. A new perspective. A deeper layer of what really happened here. Play them separately… or experience the story the way it was meant to unfold. With flexible scheduling, you can complete your stay at your own pace—returning when you’re ready to continue where you left off. To receive the full-stay rate, all three experiences must be booked together. But be warned… The more you see, the harder it is to leave it behind.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens. 🕐 Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your game time at no charge. Just contact us via email or phone to adjust your reservation. ❌ Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Our games are custom-prepared and time-blocked for your group. 👥 Group Size Changes: Minor changes to group size (adding or removing players) can be made, however,. If your group decreases, the original booking amount still applies. 🔒 Private Games Only: All bookings are private. Once reserved, your room is locked in for your group — meaning no strangers will be added.
