As you move through the space, you’ll explore abandoned rooms, search for hidden clues, and piece together the story of Story Jane and Jack. Every object, every detail, and every corner of the hotel holds part of the truth. You won’t just see the hotel… you’ll interact with it. Scents linger throughout—some familiar, some not. Sweet citrus… cool mint… and others you may wish you hadn’t recognized. You’ll reach into the unknown, feeling your way through textures that shift from smooth… to strange… to something you might hesitate to touch again. This experience blends immersive storytelling with hands-on puzzles, drawing you deeper into the mystery as the hotel reveals itself around you. This is where the story begins…

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens. 🕐 Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your game time at no charge. Just contact us via email or phone to adjust your reservation. ❌ Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Our games are custom-prepared and time-blocked for your group. 👥 Group Size Changes: Minor changes to group size (adding or removing players) can be made, however,. If your group decreases, the original booking amount still applies. 🔒 Private Games Only: All bookings are private. Once reserved, your room is locked in for your group — meaning no strangers will be added.
