Lore Log #1: Missing Girl Mystery: The Girl in the Walls

File No. 0001-A

Status: Incomplete.

Earliest recorded anomaly.

Timeline unclear.

Still active.

The Alley Hotel opened its doors in 1927 — a grand escape for the wealthy, with velvet carpets, crystal chandeliers, and a piano that never needed tuning.

Then, in the summer of 1933, a child went missing.

Her name was never released, but the staff whispered about her: a sick little girl who danced down the halls and always asked to hear the music play.

She was never seen checking out.

But her room was found empty — no child, no luggage. Only her hospital bracelet and a red chalk heart drawn on the mirror.

They searched for weeks.

Doctors were questioned. So was a grieving father who refused to leave.

Eventually, the case was buried.

But that same floor...

That's where it all began.

Where the first walls started to breathe.

Some say she’s still here.

Waiting. Listening.

Others say she was taken apart —sold for parts and something else moved in.

Whatever the truth, that was the year the disappearances began.

And they never really stopped.
